So here’s my next show- Movers & Shakers II at The Ronin Gallery on May 21st. As usual I’m very honored to be part of this one, but even more than usual because it’s a 2D show (I needed a toy break) and the artist lineup is pretty darn awesome. I still haven’t had much time to get my 2D chops back up to speed with all my toy work, so I was really looking forward to this show. With it being delayed a few times and the venue changing I had ample time to finish my painting. But about a week ago (after staring at my finished painting everyday for the last few months) I decided it wasn’t exactly what I wanted to display at this show, so I ventured off and started a new one. I wanted to really branch out and try something new, but because of the lack of time I’m playing it a bit safe, although it does have a hint of progression (I think?) So if you’re curious and you’re looking for something to do on the 21st, you should head over and check out all the fantastic work- I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
